1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ResuMate's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Content on ResuMate

You own what you create. Any original content you post, upload, share, store, or otherwise provide to ResuMate remains yours and is protected by copyright and any other applicable intellectual property laws. However, you grant ResuMate a license to use, store, and display this content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. We reserve the right to remove any content from ResuMate at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion, and without notice.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You are responsible for all your activity in connection with ResuMate. Use ResuMate in compliance with applicable laws. Activities such as fraud, security breaches, reverse engineering, and unauthorized access to accounts are prohibited.

4. Subscription and Usage Limits

ResuMate offers both lifetime and subscription-based plans. The lifetime plan is valid only as long as the ResuMate servers are operational. Monthly and weekly subscription plans include a token limit for resume generation, typically allowing 200–300 resumes per month. Unused tokens do not roll over to subsequent months.

5. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, ResuMate, its licensors, or its suppliers are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, exceeding the greater of $100 or the amounts paid by you in the preceding twelve months.

6. Termination

ResuMate may terminate or suspend access to your account for any reason at its discretion. While we strive to provide notice, we reserve the right to act immediately when necessary.
